Panerai means different things to different collectors, but wherever you stand on the spectrum there's no denying that these things have presence! Although not exactly small, Panerai do have a way of wearing smaller than advertised, with their excellent "cushion" case design that has become synonymous with the brand - particular the Radiomir examples with their wire lugs. This particular piece, a Reference PAM1523, features a 42mm stainless steel cushion case with a guarded, locking crown, a sapphire crystal, a polished bezel, and a not commonly seen, glossy white dial with printed black 'Arabic' numerals and a matching handset. This piece comes fitted to a signed black alligator leather strap with a signed steel pin buckle and is powered by Panerai's Calibre P.9010 automatic winding movement within — which can be seen via a sapphire exhibition caseback.
