Panerai Radiomir

Panerai means different things to different collectors, but wherever you stand on the spectrum there's no denying that these things have presence! Although not exactly small, Panerai do have a way of wearing smaller than advertised, with their excellent "cushion" case design that has become synonymous with the brand - particular the Radiomir examples with their wire lugs. This particular piece, a Reference PAM00135, features a midsize case coming in at 39mm. Finished in white gold with a signed 'onion' crown and a polished bezel, its cushion case houses a satin black dial with applied indices and luminous quadrant indices, a diamond-encrusted "12" marker, small seconds at 9:00, a date at 4:30, and a matching handset. Powered by Zenith's Calibre 680 automatic winding movement, lightly breathed upon by Panerai, this piece comes with a sapphire exhibition caseback and is fitted to a signed black alligator leather strap with a signed steel deployant clasp. Couple fantastic design language with Panerai having one of the most vocally enthusiastic communities amongst wristwatch collectors, and you've got a hit combination.
