Panerai Luminor Marina First Series

While you won't see many contemporary Panerai models listed on our site, there are a few truly impressive Neo-Vintage examples that we just love, and this is one of them. With beautifully clean lines, a manual winding movement, and the most classic elements of Luminor design, the PAM 2A is is everything a modern Panerai should be. This particular example, a first series Vendôme, dates to circa 1998 and features a fantastic matte black Tritium 'sandwich' dial with a matching handset - showing a rich and even patina making it instantly stand out from virtually everything Panerai has offered since. The 44mm stainless steel Luminor case with a guarded crown houses a robust and reliable hand-cranking movement and is mated to a signed black calf leather strap with a steel pin buckle. We think that this design, despite its 44mm case size is aging fantastically well and that these 1990s Tritium examples are slept on. Couple that with Panerai having one of the most vocally enthusiastic communities amongst wristwatch collectors, and you've got a great combination here.
