Dating to the 1970s, this lovely piece features a 26mm x 26mm square 18k white gold case fitted to an integrated 18k textured bracelet with a signed hook and lock clasp, a signed crown, and Patek’s manual-winding Calibre 175 — an ultra-thin work of art from the maison. The showstopper is its incredible silver tone hammered dial that offers more depth and dynamism than a standard matte, gloss, or sunburst offering more commonly seen.
