Seiko Prospex SRPL81 'Jaws'

Any proper watch collection must include at least one Seiko diver. We all have our favorites, but the the SRPL81 deserves a spot on the Mount Rushmore of Seiko divers — full stop. Its distinguishable asymmetric case, beautiful dial, overall presence and Jaws collaboration make it a cool piece to add to a JAWS lover's collection.  Released in commemoration of JAWS 50th anniversary, this Seiko Prospex SRPL81 is limited to 5000 examples in stainless steel with a substantial 45mm case designed to be put to the test. The dial depicts one of the most famous scenes from the movie, and preserves the underlying architecture of many of Seiko's most famous designs with perfect diver spec and execution throughout.  Outfitted with a rubber strap with a signed buckle, this piece is in virtually-unworn condition. What's more it delivers with a complete kit of factory goodies including its outer box, inner box, books, instruction manual, hangtag and warranty card. Can it get any better than a modern Captain Willard? Probably not.
