Patek Philippe Calatrava Travel Time

Patek Philippe is one of the few brands that knows how to execute simple perfection.  Over the years, their dress -line Calatrava has evolved, but its basic characteristics remain unmistakable and iconic. This particular example, a modern Reference 5224R-001, dates to circa 2025 and features a 42mm case finished in 18k rose gold, which houses one of Patek's most modern and sporty Calatrava-style complications--- the travel time. This updated travel time layout flaunts a second hour hand, all adjustable from the crown, such that at easy convenience, the travel time functionality can be used, but also, the two hour hands can be superimposed when no traveling to clean up the dial.  It also features an incredible automatic winding micro-rotor movement finished to an exceptionally brilliant shine. This lovely watch remains in excellent condition, preserving the feeling of a modern peice.  This watch has it all - pedigree, refinement, function, and an understated appeal. Simply lovely!
