While the overall thickness remains relatively unchanged at approximately 14.3mm, this new case construction resulted in a notably slimmer case profile, with the boxed sapphire crystal contributing to the overall height. Nonetheless, the watch sits extremely comfortable on the wrist with a versatile diameter of 40mm and a lug to lug distance of 49mm. Taking visual cues from the Hamilton Intra-Matic Auto Chrono, the sleek case design echoes a charming old-school style from the '60s with its slim angular lugs and circular construction. The entire case is finished to a high standard with smooth mirror-like polishing all around, bringing an extra flair that amplifies the dressy appeal as it gleams with brilliance under bright lighting.
