Allow us to drop some horological lore on you: For many years, Glycine was a name well under the radar, a sterling company on which few enthusiasts and collectors set their sites. But in recent years, the brand has returned to its roots, reproducing the classic and groundbreaking design that they were once known for almost exclusively, the Airman.  However, that’s not where the Glycine story ends. The company provides tremendous value amongst its other collections, chief among which is the Incursore, a time-only or time-and-date model available in both hand-wound and automatic versions. The particular Incursore we have here dates to the 2010s. Housed in a bold 44mm stainless steel case with a sapphire crystal, a signed crown, and a polished bezel, it features a luminous, matte black dial with quadrant Arabic and baton indices, a matching handset, and a date window at 4:30. Powered by an automatic Swiss ETA 2824-2 movement, it comes paired to a signed, brown alligator-pattern leather strap with a signed, stainless steel pin buckle.
