Cartier Baignoire

Ladies' watches, unfortunately, don’t get the attention they deserve. At Analog:Shift, we're always down to curate a selection of timepieces that provide equally engaging options for ladies as the more common men’s pieces.  No watch better captures this philosophy than the Cartier Baignoire 'Jumbo'. This example, a Reference W8000001 features a beautiful case shape, with its soft curves and oblong ellipse aesthetic. It’s rather unique with its guilloché dial finish. This is the high jewelry side of Cartier showing through! This watch is anything but boring, and provides an incredible host of details to obsess over. This piece features an iridescent dial (aided by that engraved guilloché) with stamped hour and minute tracks. This watch is powered by a manually wound movement visible through the exhibition caseback and dates to the 2020s. It is in excellent condition and awaits its next custodian’s wrist.
